A lightweight LinkedIn publishing dashboard. Connect a LinkedIn account, compose and schedule posts, reuse curated templates, surface RSS inspiration feeds, and optionally capture LinkedIn Lead Gen Form submissions.

KnowLinkedIn brings a lean, ToS-compliant LinkedIn publishing workflow inside WordPress. The site admin enters LinkedIn developer app credentials once, grants access to selected WordPress users, and configures branding, content templates, and RSS inspiration feeds. Granted users get a composer dashboard where they can connect a LinkedIn profile, publish or schedule posts, and reuse the admin's templates.

  • Admin-controlled access. Per-user permission grants and account-connection limits, configurable globally and overridable per user.
  • Brand the dashboard. Set the app name, primary color, and logo shown to your users.
  • Content templates. Build a swipe file of proven hook structures. Users start drafts from them with one click.
  • RSS inspiration feeds. Drop in any RSS URL to surface fresh ideas inside the composer.
  • Lead Gen Forms (opt-in). Hidden from users by default — admin grants access per user.
  • Schedule with WP-Cron. Pick a future time, walk away, the plugin publishes for you.
This plugin does not perform any automated outreach (connection requests, DMs, profile visits). It uses LinkedIn's official Marketing API for first-party publishing only.
